Monday, Dec 31, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/31/12

Well, here we are on the final page of 2012. Each of us has had our own very personal and unique experience that has added to our character, our understanding and our clarity of who we are. As we step into the next chapter of our lives, let us determine to focus on the very best in all things. To reinforce our understanding that our thoughts create our reality and, therefore, we will think our way into the healthiest, happiest, most fulfilling year of our lives, one day at a time…one breath at a time. We can do it! I believe in you and in me! Let’s make it so, together…after all, we are One.

Sunday, Dec 30, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/30/12

Consider this…if your practice was only to live “Namaste”, your heart would be in a perpetual state of peace or bliss. Why? Because Namaste is the recognition of the God (Light) within everyone who crosses your path. It is saluting our shared Divinity. The Creative force that is alive and well within all living things. If all of us lived this knowing all the time, everything on the planet would change instantly. How could it not? The One in All would be forever validated over and over. Heaven on earth.

Saturday, Dec 29, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/29/12

When you listen as hard as you possibly can, naturally and unconsciously you will hold your breath to take its noise out of the equation.

Try it now.

Periodically during the day, turn your entire focus and concentration inward and listen intently for the still, small voice residing in the very center of you. Recognize its sacredness. Know that you are One with It and It with you. Listen carefully and trust that you will be given exactly the right urging in the right timing to lead you to your highest good.

Be very quiet now and listen with all of your heart. You will know that you know. This is meditation.

Friday, Dec 28, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/28/12

Peering up through the dense leaves of the Silver Dollar Eucalyptus tree, the tiny intensely bright light of the full Moon was beaming down through the branches like a laser beam into my eyes. Wonder of wonders, the final full moon of 2012 shining as large and as brilliantly as possible in one final flourish against the pitch dark sky, as though to bid this year a fond farewell. Bathing in the Light, I felt a sense of delight knowing the perpetual cycle of life is in perfect order and shall continue as it was designed to do as we are gifted by its mystery, majesty and Grace. All is well.

Thursday, Dec 27, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/27/12

Yesterday afternoon, God made broad brush strokes in the sky, leaving two brilliant rainbows in my midst that instantly delighted me and gave me pause. They lasted for 45 minutes, during which time I was deeply touched by the mystical power of creation and was convinced that this grand display was a gift of great promise of good things to come for all those who were drawn to see them. My life somehow instantly became richer and closer to God’s ever Presence. Then, as the complete bridges of light began to fade…the almost full dazzling pure white moon began to rise. Wow! What a show. Blessed beyond measure, again, always and in all ways.

To be authentic is to be free. Are you willing to allow the world to see you as you truly are? Consider the alternative…being a slave to illusion. Exhausting.

Tuesday, Dec 25, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/25/12

Many years ago, when I was much younger than I am today, I had a visitation from a Light being whom I believed then, and still believe today, was the Lord Jesus Christ. At the time, I was playing in the garden when a brilliant Light appeared. Within the Light stood a young man with piercing blue eyes and medium-long light brown hair wearing a blue robe. While the presence of this being was unexpected, I was neither frightened nor surprised by the visit. Rather, I felt very much at peace and at the same time excited as this beautiful Being told me that He and others were very proud of me and that I must remember that I was never alone and that all of my needs would always be met, no matter what! While He looked nothing like the pictures of Jesus I had seen, I knew He was the Lord nonetheless.

Immediately after this flash, I ran into the kitchen and asked my Mom to tell me everything she knew about God. She dropped the plate she was washing in the sink and looked at me with astonishment. I was not quite 4 years old at the time.

Since I was so very young and Jesus Christ was my reference point through family tradition, I assumed the Being who visited me was Jesus and held to that belief throughout my life.

I covet Christ consciousness even though I am not a practicing Christian. I know in my heart that Christ is everywhere. That Christ, no matter what you call it or have come to recognize as the most All in All, is alive and well today, 12/25/12. How wonderful for the whole world to pause in recognition of a God man who single-handedly has had more influence than any other living Soul in history to date.

Happy Birthday, Lord Jesus. Thank you for being the Light, the Way, my Beloved One. Merry Christ-mas, one and all!

Monday, Dec 24, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/24/12

Each Christmas the world takes pause to embrace the ideals of Love, peace and hope. This time demonstrates so clearly mankind’s ability to get along and promote a single vision of goodness for all. Do whatever you can to lift the vibration even higher through your prayers and meditation focused on the good of the whole. Just think what the world would be like if we all held this intention every day – not just on Christmas! Let’s set an intention together to create a “new normal”, a daily intention for heaven on earth. Om, Om, Om.

Sunday, Dec 23, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/23/12

Oh, how my heart soars at the very thought of God’s Presence in my life. For years I have succumbed to the political correctness of what to call God in public, knowing that the word God has been known to offend.

Since everything I believe and everything I teach is drenched in my innate dedication to God, I have had to be creative and refer to my Beloved One in ways that cloak the Holiest of Holy to make Its Presence more palpable, more acceptable, less “offensive”‘. This used to make me feel as though I was betraying my own beliefs and trying to please those who did not know the Omnipotent One. Now I know better. Now I know that everyone knows. That it is impossible for us not to know that which created us, because we are that Energy and there is no “word” that can possibly label such overwhelming Love. Unfortunately, often we forget that we know, which leads to our suffering.

A large part of my dharma is assisting others in awakening their innate knowing by example and to support them as they remember and embrace the most Sacred of the Sacred.

More often than not, this happens without the need to label. It happens through constantly recognizing the perfection in the hearts of everyone who crosses my path. Often there are no words, just a shift, a sweetness, and I see God looking back at me through their eyes, and we know we know, and that is enough.

Saturday, Dec 22, 2012 Marydale’s Thought for the Day – 12/22/12

Let us open our hearts and stand together as we embrace our beloved planet and all of her inhabitants. Envision with me a world of sustained peace, joy and pure Love. That which has created all things holds us and our world so tenderly and continuously encourages us to wake up and see the splendor in all things. See It, breathe It, become It…let us create heaven on earth for each other now.
