Daily Practice* – This class meets you where you are on your Yoga journey. Emphasis is placed on getting in touch with how energy can open and balance your body, alleviating discomfort and weakness. You will leave class feeling stronger, more flexible, centered and energized. This class has a moderate pace and offers modifications. Come and experience the ever-new spontaneity of Hatha Yoga.

Easy Does It and Easy Does It Chair Yoga* – A gentle yoga class for all levels. Use this practice to get in touch with your body/mind connection and ease into balance, strength, and flexibility. On Wednesday mornings, Marydale incorporates a simple chair as a complex yoga prop, providing both support and resistance to deepen your practice in an easy way.

Guided Meditation – Meditation is the doorway to a stress-free, happy life. Join Marydale as she uses guided imagery to lead you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Each class is spontaneous and unique.
