Daily Practice 
– This class meets you where you are on your Yoga journey. Emphasis is placed on getting in touch with how energy can open and balance your body, alleviating discomfort and weakness. You will leave class feeling stronger, more flexible, centered and energized. This class has a moderate pace and offers modifications. Come and experience the ever-new spontaneity of Hatha Yoga.

Easy Does It and Easy Does It Chair Yoga – A gentle yoga class for all levels. Use this practice to get in touch with your body/mind connection and ease into balance, strength, and flexibility. On Wednesday mornings, Marydale incorporates a simple chair as a complex yoga prop, providing both support and resistance to deepen your practice in an easy way.

*Golden Age Yoga – These classes are offered through ADOC Medical Group, Heritage Provider Network, Lakeside Community Healthcare, and Regal Medical Group for members and their guests. All Param Yoga students are welcome to attend. Incorporating Yoga into a regular routine allows us to age with grace, so join us to explore how you can become comfortable in your skin at any age through detailed instruction, support, and encouragement. Breathe your way into your best life and make every stage a golden age. Easy Does It and Easy Does It Chair Yoga are comparable to Golden Age Yoga and can be taken in its place.

Kriya Meditation Sangha – Meditation is the doorway to a stress-free, happy life. Those who have received Kriya through the Paramahamsa Hariharananda and Paramahamsa Prajnanananda lineage are invited to join us on Thursday evenings for our sangha (spiritual fellowship and community) as together we explore the many levels of meditation and its incredible benefits for your body, mind, and spirit.
