Within the confines of your own mind dwell barriers of your own making that keep you from the very freedom that you long for. Until you recognize this as your truth and are willing to destroy the constructs of your own habitual thoughts, nothing will change for you and you will remain a slave to yourself. Is this what you want? Are you willing to remain transfixed in ignorance? If not, then you must do everything possible to turn all of your energy to becoming the one who sees by letting go of thinking altogether. Do this by being quiet and moving into your heart where peace and Love await.
