Honing personal skills comes from endless practice executed with passion, perseverance and dedication. When one becomes proficient at a skill, it appears to be so easy and doable. It’s not until one fails attempting to duplicate someone else’s expertise that great respect is born for the abilities of others that have developed through their practice, practice, practice.
