Today I shall sit with all of my Being and take my hearing to the edge – deep, deep into stillness. Don’t move. There it is – the hum vibrating in my head, filling my body. All there is now is the deep thunderous roar. The all-encompassing vibration that shakes my consciousness free back into Oneness, Oneness with All that is. Aum.
