Love Serve Meditate Realize

Wednesday, Nov 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – November 2017

Salutations, One and All!

Joseph Campbell wrote: “If you do follow your bliss you put yourself on a kind of track that has been there all the while, waiting for you, and the life that you ought to be living is the one you are living. Follow your bliss and don’t be afraid, and doors will open where you didn’t know they were going to be.”

Seven years ago, guided by my internal GPS (God’s Persistent Shakti) system to follow my bliss, I stepped across the threshold between dream and reality and Param Yoga Healing Arts Center was born. A tiny, bright, shining Light on the outskirts of Los Angeles meant to be a refuge from external chaos—a bridge to innate peace, the internal bliss that thrives within each one of us.

It is self-evident that my humble life was the catalyst the universe used to open a pathway, a safe harbor for folks to glimpse the sacredness of yoga. Through this ongoing phenomenon, the ancient avenue of wisdom has been strewn with breadcrumbs for all of us who are hungry for a direct path into the heart of Soul.

On our seventh anniversary, I bow to each and every one of you who have joined me in this eternal dance of Grace, as together we shared our lives with transparency. Param Yoga is a sacred space, a place of pause, reflection, surrender, transformation, wisdom, courage, clarity, encouragement, and community. Whether you have been coming to the studio persistently for years, or come as you can – YOU have, through your love, sustained the space that has become precious for so many, and I thank you from my heart.

Reflecting on this monumental anniversary and the power of the number seven, it’s fun to consider that seven is the number of completeness and perfection (both physical and spiritual). It derives much of its meaning from being tied directly to God’s creation of all things. The quality that makes seven different from all other numbers (symbolically speaking) is that it pursues knowing as opposed to believing.

As we enter into this vibrational match with sacred number seven, let us embrace what we know to be our truth: that we are magnificent Spiritual Beings incarnated here as human beings to create as much love as we can while enjoying this brief ride!

Happy Anniversary, Param Yogis! Thank you for the privilege of serving you and living my bliss in the process. Blessed and grateful, I bow to you.

Love, Love, Love,

“There is no happiness in external objects or in others. Real happiness is within. That is the true nature of the soul. Searching for happiness outside is ego and ignorance. Live a life of contemplation and prayer. Do not be a slave to desire, passion, and expectation. Meditate and be free.”

A Look Back at Seven Years of Memories

Sunday, Oct 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – October 2017

From left: Judy Peterson, Swami Atmavidyananda Giri, Yogacharya Richard Peterson, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, Swamini Sampurnananda Giri, and Marydale in the studio at Param Yoga.

Greetings and Salutations!

“Dreams do come true.” That’s what a beaming new student said to me yesterday as she excitedly looked at the photo of Paramahamsa Prajnanananda by the front desk. She pointed at his picture, asked his name, and then explained that she met Him, by chance, last year while visiting Bogotá, Columbia. He was at the hotel where she was staying, and meeting Him touched her greatly, although she did not know who He was, nor did she know how to find out who He was or how to find Him again. Arriving at our studio and finding Him right here in Chatsworth was the answer to her dreams, for now she could finally know Him!

September 18, 2015 was the first day that I physically met Guruji Baba and had the rare privilege to talk to Him for quite some time. It was during this initial conversation that we talked about many things, including the desire of West Coast Kriyavans to have an ashram in Los Angeles someday. It was then that I shared my heart’s desire to have Him come here to visit and bless our community. He playfully waved His hand in the air and said, “We shall see.” That moment in time turned out to be the beginning of a Divine friendship, beyond my wildest imaginings, with the Divine Yoga Master. A dream come true…and the dream continues to unfold in ways that are otherworldly and fill this heart with continuous bliss.

September 8, 2017, two years after this initial conversation, Guruji Baba—smiling and filled with palpable joy—arrived at our humble studio and blessed our space with Divine, eternal love. He was so happy to be in our Spiritual home and said repeatedly that it was “beautiful, very beautiful.” He took the time to sit and briefly meditate with us, further impregnating our home with His Love. This prelude of grace began six days of continuous bliss to be in His presence, supporting, serving and loving Him in every breath.

Lorne Schussel, Judy Peterson, Swami Atmavidyananda Giri, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, Swamini Sampurnananda Giri, Marydale, and Kerry Morris.

The purpose of His visit was to celebrate with us the 125th birth year of Paramahamsa Yogananda, our Param Guru in the Kriya Yoga International lineage. It has been self-evident to me for a very long time that Prajnanananda carries the living shakti of Yogananda and they are One. Therefore, this particular celebration was a rare and auspicious one that will never come again, and we were all blessed beyond measure to play witness to all the precious and memorable moments that transpired.

While with us, Prajnanananda spoke on many occasions, transferring His endless well of wisdom directly to each one of us. Some time ago, He remarked that He could talk forever, and after being with Him time and time again, I have no doubt that not only is that a true statement, but that every word He utters is like honey for one’s soul. While with us, He encouraged us to get rid of our fault-finding nature, be aware of God’s presence in every moment by being aware of our breath, realize that our own personal willpower affects our destiny, and to remember that, in Kriya Yoga, breath is the mantra, mind is matter/mind is inertia, and expectations are natural, but never expect your expectations to be fulfilled. In my personal attempt to sum up the week’s transmission of Divine wisdom and love, He encouraged us to read a little, meditate more, and remember God all the time.

From the moment I learned last December that we would be hosting Guruji Baba’s visit here until the final moment of the tour de force, I have been filled with tremendous joy for the privilege of serving both Yoganandaji and Prajnananandaji in this humble way. And it was indeed a dream come true on layer upon layer of my soul, with the highlight of having my spiritual teacher here in the flesh to meet and bless so many of you who are near and dear to my heart. Now you have experienced firsthand the endless Love that this Divine Master has for you and the fulfillment of your highest hopes, dreams, and wishes. May you hold Him in your hearts and feel His ever-presence in our humble home.

Dreams do come true!

Blessed and grateful beyond measure,

Love,

Friday, Sep 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – September 2017

On September 22nd we shall once again witness the phenomenon of the Fall Equinox. The Farmers Almanac writes: During the equinox, the Sun crosses what we call the ‘celestial equator’ (just imagine the line that marks the equator on Earth extending up into the sky) from north to south. At this point, the amount of nighttime and daytime are roughly equal to each other. Ahhh, a beautiful description of an annual occurrence that reminds us just how amazing this planet we find ourselves on is.

With fall quickly upon us, summer is having her last hurrah with sweltering heat by day that envelops our nights without remorse. Alas, as yogis we know that the weather is just another detail in a world designed to encourage us to resist the temptation to resist! Complaining about the weather is a breach in your concentration to allow life to move through us and not to get stuck anywhere at anytime for any reason. Life is flow, endless flow. Preferences abound in our psyche, true enough, yet losing one’s poise when preferences are not present pushes us against the flow and then energy shifts from natural movement ever onward to a dicey interlude in the whirlpool. Yeah, it’s hot. Before long…it will be cool. So relax and enjoy the ride and lean into your yoga practice to cool, pause, breathe, and draw into balance. What a gift!

As we step into September, it ushers in the single most important event that we have been involved with since Param Yoga opened almost seven years ago. We are celebrating the 125th birth year of our Param Guru, Paramahamsa Yogananda, with a Public Lecture at the Poverello of Assisi Retreat House in San Fernando on 9/11. Yogananda has been and continues to be a tremendous presence in my life, and to celebrate him is a privilege and a great joy. Without him there would be no studio, no community, no constant movement forward in the spirit of Love, Service, and Meditation. Even more profoundly, he has drawn the carrier of his own Shakti into my life, Paramahamsa Prajnanananada. To me they are One, have always been One, and shall always be One. And Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, in person, will be our keynote speaker on 9/11 to shower us with his Eternal Love.

This event is for YOU. It is the greatest gift that I could ever offer you: a moment in time to observe one who knows. You will immediately know that he knows, and within you something will resonate and you will be Love. Because that is what these Masters are offering us in order to live in love, to communicate in love, to breathe in love, to remember love…only Love.

Please join us and invite the ones you love so that they too may have a glimpse at eternity before their very eyes.

See you on the mat!

Love, Love, Love,

“Nothing may truly be said to be a ‘miracle’ except in the profound sense that everything is a miracle. That each of us is encased in an intricately organized body, and is set upon an earth whirling through space among the stars — is anything more commonplace? Or more miraculous?”

Tuesday, Aug 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – August 2017

When I looked at the August calendar to find out what events are coming up for the month, I found some interesting and fun facts. First and foremost, it is “Admit You’re Happy Month”! How fitting for all of us yogis who make it our practice to be happy all the time.

Paramahansa Yogananda preached endlessly about how it is our yogic duty to be happy—no matter what—each and every day, because it is our birthright as Divine Beings living in a human form, being guided by the Realized to remember that this dream state is here for our ongoing expansion and realization.

What a great opportunity to redouble your efforts to rise each morning during this month proclaiming that you will be happy on this day, all day, no matter what!

Further, I found that August is divided into these awesome segments:

  • Week 1 – National Simplify your Life Week
  • Week 2 – National Smile Week
  • Week 3 – Friendship Week
  • Week 4 – Be Kind to Humankind Week

These profoundly yogic principles offered here in simple terms reflect goals that we all know support a balanced, happy, healthy lifestyle when done with persistence and consistence—not just a week here and there, but constantly without break. And, interestingly, by embracing these behaviors, they will affirm and support a happy life day in and day out.

It just goes to show us that if you stay awake and aware, you can find yogic thought everywhere. Blessed and grateful are we! Have a wonder-filled August and we’ll see you on the mat!

Saturday, Jul 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – July 2017

Greetings!

The dog days of summer have arrived with a vengeance this year as temperatures have soared a bit higher than expected, agreed? You might be interested to know that the term “dog days of summer” refers to the “Dog Star,” Sirius, because it is the brightest star in the constellation Canis Major. Sirius also happens to be the brightest star in the night sky, so as you “seriously” fan yourself during these sizzling summer days, take heart that we are brightly shining with Divine radiance as we spin through the heavens together! After all, we Chatsworthians are no strangers to summer’s relentless heat gracing us with its fervor! However, with that said, we must be wise and allow our daily yoga routine to cool us, soothe us, and move us through the warm days with calm resolve.

Cherise will be having her Summer Ayurveda Workshop on Saturday, July 15th, giving you lots of tips on how to cool down the pitta in your system and allowing you to glow from your internal beauty instead of sweat! Mark your calendar for a another awesomely calming Organic Resonance with Brian Walsh on Friday, July 28th, and perhaps take the plunge by becoming a Reiki I & II practitioner on the weekend of July 22nd and 23rd. Be sure to make your reservations for any or all of these dates either online or the next time you’re in the studio. Don’t delay, as space is limited!

For all of our Kriyavans, we will have a special full moon Gura Purnima celebration on Sunday, July 9th, starting with a Yoga Sutra video discourse presented by Paramahamsa Prajnanananda at 9:00 AM, followed by meditation, aarti, a Guru Purnima video, and a potluck lunch. Please join us to celebrate the great Master lineage of Kriya Yoga and our Divine Spiritual leader Paramahamsa Prajnanananda. Your attendance is encouraged. If you are coming, please email us to let us know what you’d like to contribute for lunch. The program will end promptly at 1:00 PM. Refer to the Kriya calendar in the July newsletter, as there have been some changes to the summer class schedule. Also, make a note and tell your friends that the next Kriya Initiation will be the weekend of September 15, 16 & 17. Plus, Kriyavans will have a chance to spend the day with Guruji on September 13th. Contact us for more information.

Finally, and most importantly, EVERYONE is invited to join us as we are hosting, in accordance with Kriya Los Angeles, a once-in-a-lifetime, auspicious event with Paramahamsa Prajnanananda – current Spiritual leader of Kriya Yoga International – to celebrate the 125th birth year of Paramahansa Yogananda. The event is on Monday, September 11th, at the Poverello of Assisi Auditorium at 7:00 PM. The program is FREE and features:

  • Philip Goldberg – Author and co-author of numerous books, including American Veda; public speaker and workshop leader; spiritual counselor, meditation teacher, and ordained Interfaith Minister. He lives in Los Angeles, cohosts the Spirit Matters podcast, leads American Veda Tours, and blogs regularly on Huffington Post and Spirituality & Health.
  • Craig Marshall – A monk with Self-Realization Fellowship for 35 years who has spent over 100,000 hours in meditation and lived in various monasteries, in addition to traveling the world as a teacher and lecturer. Craig now works with conscious professionals to help them define and manifest their personal and professional visions, in alignment with their unique life-purpose. Craig works one-on-one with clients and also is a public speaker.
  • Special Guest: Paramahamsa Prajnanananda – Aglow with radiant wisdom, ever joyful, and reveling in the selfless sacrifice of a silent and secluded monk’s life, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda has ceaselessly traveled around the world to promote the message of Kriya Yoga to all who seek liberation. He has written and translated numerous books on spiritual topics, skillfully interpreting ageless philosophies in the light of modern science and technology. Using a simple, succinct, candid style, he demonstrates a broad scriptural knowledge, profound wisdom, and a delightful way with words. Able to focus on multiple tasks at one time with perfect precision and mastery, Prajnananandaji projects a buoyant, energetic God-intoxication. This world-revered master of Kriya Yoga is the epitome of boundless love, wisdom, and action.

This is a rare and precious opportunity to be in the presence of a living Master and learn from his wisdom, experience, and example of unconditional love. Mark your calendars and don’t miss it!

May great blessings continue to be yours. See you on the mat!

Thursday, Jun 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – June 2017

Salutations!

After returning from the Kriya Yoga Institute Mother Center Ashram in Homestead Florida, I remain encased in a velvet fog of deep love, calm, and Grace. Having spent six days in the continued Presence of our realized master, Paramahamsa Prajnanananda, it is self-evident that cultivating one’s ability to live in love, in peace, and in joy through trust and faith makes it possible to realize God’s presence within.

During a talk, Prajnananada said: “Do not hurt anyone with your thoughts or actions. It is the expression of love, the cultivation of love, unconditional love for everyone, that is the only way. Purify your way of thinking. Understand the world and people, but remember that neither the world nor the people in it are your problem. We are all God in human being. Stress is neither good nor bad. Cooks know how much spice to use—more or less. Spices are useful if you know how to use them, the same as learning to use stress in a positive way. Stress is useful when it crosses into distress and then it becomes eustress (moderate or normal psychological stress interpreted as being beneficial for the experiencer).”

He went on to say: “Living with fear? A spiritual person must always live in a joyful way. When trouble comes we have to face it. All currency in the United States is printed with the words: In God We Trust. Life’s a drama, trust in God, and turn away from everything else…Gurudev (Paramahamsa Hariharananda) said that even the seeds inside the eggplant are dreaming of one day becoming an eggplant—all life is a dream.”

While the gurus find simple ways to share deep truths with us, it becomes obvious that our continued growth and welfare is held tenderly in their loving hands. The ancient science of yoga continues to shine a very bright light for us to follow day by day as we become more able to hold the truth of who we are in our waking consciousness without break.

As we enter into the sixth month of 2017, may you feel inspired to redouble your personal practice by taking advantage of all the wonderful offerings we have for you at Param Yoga. Our community will celebrate the West End Art District’s annual ArtWalk on Sunday, June 11th, with food, music, crafts, prizes, and giveaways. We will be hosting an Arts & Crafts Boutique inside the studio and would love to have you drop by to support your fellow yogis!

The weekend of June 16th, 17th and 18th brings Swami Atmavidyanada and Yogacharya Richard Peterson to us for the opportunity to become initiated into Kriya Yoga. It is a rare treat to have the swami with us, as he rarely gets the chance to travel to the west with his intense schedule. If you haven’t already received Kriya, I encourage you to do so, as the Kriya we offer is a model that you can adjust to your lifestyle and religious practice. Kriya is a gift you give yourself that keeps on getting sweeter and sweeter as the days go by.

The final Friday of the month, June 30th, we welcome Brian Walsh back to Param Yoga for another evening of deep relaxation as he uses the singing bowls to move you into an Organic Resonance of deep peace and calm. You can’t afford to miss this blissful treat into the deep recesses of Yoga Nidra.

May the entrance into summer be joyous for you and yours. I look forward to sharing the season with you as we practice living yoga right here in beautiful Chatsworth!

Love, Love, Love,

“Yoga means bringing unity. This unity is not just limited to our personal lives. It is through the expansion of our love beyond ourselves and our immediate family and friends that we experience unity with the external world. Monday, May 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – May 2017

Greetings!

What an absolutely awesome Yoga Day we celebrated together at gorgeous Rancho Providencia! Everyone has been “buzzing” with joy after the deep catharsis that took place for all through the powerful teachings of Larry Payne, remarkable Vedic Astrology of Vimal Sood, mesmerizing music of Amit Heri, wonder of The Valley Hive, and wisdom of Yogacharya Richard Peterson. And, of course, the beautiful land itself that always provides a haven for our celebration, lovingly created and cared for by our gracious host, Kelly Holland. I bow to all of you for making the day magical, memorable, and precious for everyone in attendance.

As we enter into the fifth month of 2017, it is a good time to pause and take a moment to fully embrace all that has happened so far this year in this, your one and only life. We have no time to squander, as all of us find the pages of our story turning faster and faster. As yogis, we reinforce the basic premise of staying awake in every moment, of being present to celebrate every breath, of responsibly choosing our thoughts, our actions, our happiness. During this momentary pause, tell me: how are you doing with all that? Are these Universal laws real in your life, or just good ideas that remain just that – ideas?

There’s a high cost in continuing to make excuses for not doing your best every day as you live in integrity with your Spiritual beliefs. Probably the biggest loss is the lack of change that takes place – which would allow you to truly live in joy, in love, in peace – for stagnation can leave you lacking and, perhaps, disappointed or frustrated. It all starts with recognizing that with a little effort, with baby steps, you are fully capable of creating the life you love.

How about using this beautiful month of May to redouble your efforts of self-transformation into a life of love? If you’re reading this, then it is a pretty good guess that you already have a path that you are following. Go deeper into that path and learn from those who have walked before you. Pay attention, humble yourself, be patient, be as supple as water, calm yourself, surrender. Then, and only then, will you discover the ease and Grace of living in the flow with all that is. No more struggle, no more confusion, no more loss. With that, I express my love and gratitude to you for trying and my confidence in your ultimate success in all that you do.

In May we are reminded to remember our mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, stepgrandmothers, godmothers, mothers-in-law, mothers by choice, and all that they represent, have done, and continue to do throughout our lives for us. As yogis, we are taught early on that the Mother is the first guru and, as such, we must love, respect, and support her all the days of her life and beyond. Make no mistake, having a day of remembrance is a good idea, but a better one is to honor your mother and your father every day, for without them you would not be! I bow to all the mothers in our Param Yoga community and wish each of you a restful and love-filled day of recognition.

May the blessings of God and Gurus shine forever upon you and yours. See you on the mat.

Love, Love, Love,

Marydale Signature

“Use the utmost concentration to reach the goal of life. Look within and perceive the constant flow of change. Even in the body, in every moment, there is an element of creation and destruction. Old cells are constantly dying and many new cells are being born. Experience divinity through all the senses. While speaking, speak with love; be aware of addressing divinity in others. Remember the living presence of God in one and all. Manifest love through every work and every gesture. Nothing is impossible to a heart overflowing with love; life becomes complete.” —

Saturday, Apr 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – April 2017

Greetings!

What a wonderful way to celebrate springtime together by sharing Earth Day and Yoga Day on April 22nd! This will be our Sixth Annual Yoga Day at gorgeous Rancho Providencia here in Chatsworth, and it promises to be a love-drenched day filled with the Grace of Yoga, wisdom, meditation, music, delcious food, camaraderie, gratitude, and more. Please join us and give yourself the perfect gift to reinforce your practice, rediscover your relationship with our beloved planet, retreat, refresh and recharge on all levels of who you are.

Our wise and wonderful Swami Atmavidyananda Giri recently shared this thought with us: “Why give thanks and to whom should we give thanks? First we give our thanks to God, for everything is provided for the opportunity and possibility of self-realization. Be thankful to our parents. We are indebted to them and we must be thankful to them for this physical form. The privilege of self-realization is not offered to other species. Our parents took care of us and we are indebted to them and thankful for all our teachers, for from each one of them we have learned for our good. Be thankful for all wisdom from saints and sages. Give continuous thanks to our environment, water, air, sunlight, all of nature. We must protect our environment by not polluting plants, trees, or any other part of nature. We must give thanks to our society, for we cannot live alone…without food, shelter, clothing… Be thankful to all people who have contributed to our growth. I offer my thanks, for this life is a blessing. Do not take anything for granted.”

It is in coming together that we raise our vibration to new heights, which can and will affect our lives, families, community, environment, and the world at large in a very positive way. Don’t minimize your importance. What you think, do, and say affects the whole. So, on April 22nd, be a pivotal part of raising consciousness to make the world a better place by simply being the light of Divine consciousness in the world.

May deep peace be upon this planet, your life, and our world. Go out there and shine on!

Love, Love, Love,

“If you accept yoga as your life, you should be clear as to what you need. Live in moderation, be strict about yourself or it will bring chaos and obstacles on the path of yoga. The cause of disease is the mind and the desire to satisfy the mind. Human wants are illuminated, one desire is fulfilled as another desire comes up. With limited resources you cannot fulfill unlimited desires. Mind is confused and full of desire. Be careful.” — Paramahamsa Prajnanananda

Wednesday, Mar 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – March 2017

Greetings!

Time marches on, don’t we know it! We’ve all heard it said that the older we get, the faster time passes. Ah, in our sweet youth that premise sounded odd, and it reinforced in our naïve minds the knowing that we would never age, so what difference does the passage of time make – slow or fast? Each of us is unique in our personal process of gaining understanding as we go along in this life. Considering the tremendous scope of basic understanding required to survive in this complex, fast-paced world today, it’s no wonder that time escapes even the most youthful among us.

Alas, as yogis, we know that while we must use our time wisely, the key is to always remain in the now moment and not lament over past or future experience. It is in this popular wisdom that we are able to harness and slow down the relentless process of forward motion to enjoy the ride, to experience and express the love, ultimately aware of our ever-expanding nature into bliss. So forget about time and instead choose to be present in your life, breath by breath, and thereby slow it all down to tiny moments of wonder and Grace. Life is too short to squander a minute by stressing about time…just be here now! We’re here waiting for you.

Love, Love, Love,

Marydale Signature

“Bless us, grant us more love, strength, and faith. Let us find the courage to trust You and life, so that we will live a life of love, joy, bliss, and prayer. Let us not forget You when problems arise, even in adverse and trying situations. Bless us to grow in love, and help us to mature into a bountiful harvest, so that we will manifest Your love in our words, thoughts and deeds.” – Paramahamsa Prajnanananda

Wednesday, Feb 01, 2017 A Message from Marydale – February 2017

Greetings!

Happy heart month to you and yours. How appropriate for February to usher in a month of love to reinforce our focus on love for 2017. Somehow it seems easier to begin discipline than to continue it over a long period of time without break, especially when asked to be disciplined about living in love, which at first seems like a no-brainer. Yet, when one is willing to dive deep into the subject, it begins to become self-evident that this invisible essence has been the single most important subject that mankind has been enamored with since the beginning of time. As obvious as it is that love flows through the hearts of mankind, its elusiveness challenges the greatest minds.

As yogis, we believe that love indeed permeates all things, as it is the pure expression of God. Or, better stated: Love is God – God is Love. More today than ever, I know using the word God probably makes some bristle, and, to be politically correct, more general words such as Spirit, Source, Creator or The Divine may be less threatening, so substitute what feels right to you. The focus here is to engage all with the idea that the core of love is something beyond our limited consciousness. And this is where our journey has begun this year – at the root of love – and the goal is to keep love as the center of our consciousness day by day by day. In so doing, one will have the opportunity, through continuous patience, persistence and discipline, to allow love, in all its multifaceted faces, to engulf every thought, every word, every action, and every deed until it becomes impossible to not live love in every breath. It is guaranteed that your life will be sweeter and sweeter as the days go by. So join us, won’t you? Make love the center of your life and allow the positive change to emerge from the inside out.

We’re waiting for you here at Param Yoga to live in light, in joy, in endless love. See you on the mat.

Love, Love, Love,

Marydale Signature

The Lord ever silently whispers to you:

“Without speaking a word, I have loved you always. I alone can truly say, ‘I love you’; for I loved you before you were born; My love gives you life and sustains you even at this moment; and I alone can love you after the gates of death imprison you where none, not even your greatest human lover, can reach you.” – Paramahansa Yogananda

Paramahamsa Prajnanananda teaches only one lesson: the lesson of love.
